Pricing & Contracts

How much do your cleaning services cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your space, frequency of service, and scope of work. We provide a fixed monthly price after a free site survey — no hidden costs or vague estimates.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. We offer flexible contract terms including 30-day rolling agreements. You stay because of quality, not obligation. Fixed-term contracts are available if you prefer them.

Is there a minimum contract value?

We typically work with buildings that require at least 10 hours of cleaning per week, but we're happy to discuss your requirements regardless of size.

How quickly can you provide a quote?

We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. After a site survey (usually within 3 working days), you'll receive a detailed, transparent quote.

Staff & Quality

Are your cleaners DBS checked?

Yes. Every team member is Disclosure and Barring Service checked, right-to-work verified, and trained to industry standards before entering your building.

Will we get the same cleaning team each time?

Yes. We assign a dedicated team to your building. The same people visit every time, so they know your space, your standards, and your requirements.

What happens if our regular cleaner is absent?

We maintain trained cover staff who are briefed on your site. Your account manager arranges cover so you never miss a scheduled clean.

How do you maintain quality standards?

Through a combination of SLA-backed service levels, monthly quality audits, supervisor spot-checks, and regular client feedback reviews. You receive monthly reports documenting standards.

Service & Operations

Do you provide out-of-hours cleaning?

Yes. We offer early morning (from 5am), evening, and weekend cleaning. Most of our commercial clients prefer out-of-hours service to avoid disruption.

Can you handle emergency cleaning requests?

Yes. Existing clients can request emergency cover with same-day or next-day response. Call us directly for urgent requirements.

Do you provide your own equipment and products?

Yes. We supply all cleaning equipment, machinery, and products. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products as standard. Specialist equipment is provided where needed.

What areas of London do you cover?

We cover Central London and Greater London. Our busiest areas include the City of London, Canary Wharf, Westminster, Mayfair, Shoreditch, and Kensington, but we operate across the whole of London.

Is there a setup or mobilisation fee?

No. There are no setup fees, mobilisation charges, or hidden costs. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Can we trial the service before committing?

Yes. We offer trial periods for new clients. This lets you experience our service quality before signing a longer-term agreement.
